The terms that govern this website and how we deliver supports. Your individual Service Agreement always comes first.
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the general basis on which Northern Star Support Services (a registered business name of Falaax Group Pty Ltd, ABN 22 671 393 070) provides services. Specific supports are governed by an individual Service Agreement entered into with each participant — where that agreement differs from these terms, the Service Agreement prevails.
We are a registered NDIS provider delivering disability supports including daily living support, supported independent living, community access, support coordination, allied health and capacity building, and flexible accommodation support across Victoria. Services are delivered in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
Before supports begin, we work with you (and your nominee or representative where relevant) to develop a Service Agreement that sets out the supports to be delivered, how and when they will be provided, the agreed prices, and the rights and responsibilities of each party. You are free to ask questions, request changes, and seek independent advice before signing.
Our prices are consistent with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. How you are billed depends on how your plan is managed:
Your Service Agreement sets out the specific supports and prices that apply to you.
If you need to cancel or change a scheduled support, please let us know as early as possible. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and the terms of your Service Agreement. We will always explain any cancellation terms to you before they apply.
We will: provide supports respectfully and safely, communicate openly, protect your privacy, give you information to make informed choices, and listen to your feedback.
We ask that you: treat our workers with respect, provide a safe environment for supports to be delivered, give us the information we need to support you well, and let us know when something isn't working.
