Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Northern Star Support Services is a fully registered NDIS provider operating under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We can support participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.
How quickly can supports start?
After your initial consult, supports can usually begin within 5–10 business days. For urgent situations we'll always tell you up-front what's realistic and offer interim solutions where we can.
Do you do in-home support?
Yes — daily living support, personal care and skill-building can all be delivered in your home. Many of our participants prefer a mix of in-home and community supports.
Can you help me apply for the NDIS?
We can guide you through the application and Access Request process, and help with evidence and documentation. Once you have a plan, our support coordinators can help you get the most out of it.
Do you work with all ages and backgrounds?
Yes. We support participants from age 7 and up, from any cultural or linguistic background, with a wide range of support needs and complexities.
How do I make a complaint or give feedback?
You can email feedback directly to our team, call us, or contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Every complaint is logged, investigated, and responded to — it's how we improve.
